At Papparazo™, we want you to feel camera-ready in every piece you purchase. If your selection isn't a perfect fit, we offer a seamless 30-day return and exchange window for all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our studio receives your return, our team will inspect the garments and process your refund or ship your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
